I can confirm that we have worked with Ed Simon and Simon A Contractors for over six months.
They have carried out a number of projects for us including a hotel in Putney, retail projects including Body Shop stores and most recently a large project at Gatwick Airport. The project at Gatwick Airport was particularly challenging as it involved the fit-out of a new restaurant/bar, Airside in the South Terminal. This involved going through Airport security on a daily basis to get to the work area. The project spanned an 8 week period on site and included a large floor area with an intricate pattern laid in 200x200mm tiles. There was also a large quantity of wall tiling to complete. Ed and team completed the works to a very high standard and the feedback from our client was very positive. Ed has always been a joy to deal with and has gone the extra mile for us when required. He has also always provided requested documentation efficiently. We would have no issues with using them on future projects.

We are a development company who build new houses and apartments and have been using Simon A Contractors for years now and are very happy with there work They have just finished 3 large houses for us in Watford which anyone is welcome to come and inspect if they wish, last year another 3 houses and 8 flats all in Watford. To whom it may concern, I can confirm Simon A Contractors carried out all tiling works at Holiday Inn and Le grove Apartments Watford Junction. On this project he was working with tiles upto 15mm thick. His work included wall and floor finishes in bathrooms, kitchen areas, lobby area, wood frames and pillars. I am pleased to say we would recommend him for other work and have made use of his services in one of our newer projects in Cannock.

What a fantastic, professional job! We are utterly delighted with the work that Ed and his team completed; fully tiling our bathroom. They weren't the cheapest but Ed's expertise was evident from the first meeting and we are so glad we hired him. They were quick and hardworking, I can not praise the quality of their work enough. If you want a luxury, quality finish... then Ed and his team are the people for you!

Ed works for me as and when I need him on a sub contract basis. I'd say he's done work for me over the last 2 years now. Not once has he let me down. He always turns up on time and he's a really hardworking guy. He's helped me out a lot. On some occasions he's brought other guys in with him when I've been trouble on a job. Ed actually learned how to tile in Italy and that's were tiling originates from so the quality of his work is to a really high standard. I can also leave Ed to work unsupervised, he's trustworthy and honest. He's a polite and friendly guy, I'd definitely continue to use him. In fact I've got another job coming up for him in a weeks time.

Ed tiled 9 bathrooms for the apartments I own. He came in evenly priced, and he is a small outfit which i preferred to work with as I had more confidence that he would be available and I would know it was him that would be working for me and not some other stranger a contractor would have got in. I prefer it that way, so you know who your dealing with. His attention to detail, along with the quality of the products he used was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ed was great, he provided his own materials which took the hassle of buying them away. He was very quick and, at the same time, thorough!Very impressed indeed! After all, 28 years of experience really count!

Ed was really great, he turned up when he said he would and so did his guys. the tiling is beautiful and it was a large job (full flat) so it had to be perfect and we are using him again for the bathrooms. overall we are very happy

Absolutely fantastic communication from engagement to completion. I am very pleased with the work, our cloakroom floor has a new lease of life. Should I have future tiling jobs I would not hesitate to use Eduardo and team again, I very much recommend you use this guys.

Ed came round to provide a quote very promptly and was able to start the job within a couple of days. His guys were very professional, and worked extremely hard for the week to get the work done (something most other contractors had quoted taking around 3 weeks). The quality of the work is very high, its obvious these guys have a lot of experience working with large heavy tiles and working around imperfections in the building works. Would fully recommend to friends.

I had 10 sqm that needed tiling and I had 600 x 600 quartz tiles - which mostly needed cutting. Simon's workers pulled it off, they did a good job, they had good machinery, were all nice and friendly, worked hard and even cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend them to everyone and I look forward in working with them again in the future on another project. Thank you Simon.
